Click on Artwork in your main menu and this is what you see.
From here you add, edit, or delete artwork from your site.

This initial view shows you all of the thumbnail images that are in
your gallery.To change particular attributes of any of the images
such as title, medium, size, keywords (for the Artspan search
functions), simply click the Edit links located below each thumbnail.
