| Having a photobook to showcase your work or tell a personal story is the latest online trend. This four-hour workshop focuses on the wide range of demand-bookmaking options available to artists and others hoping to self publish. We will discuss how to prepare your book conceptually, techniques in book planning, production techniques, book promotion etc. We will also review online printing and promotion services. Participants should bring a collection of images printed on paper (ideally 4x6" prints) that you hope to include in a book project. Also bring any writing you may have done which you would like to incorporate into a book - including artist statements, poems, personal essays, etc.
