I took this picture for another purpose but thought others here may like to see what I've taken. They are two large pieces of Indonesia driftwoods which I've used as potted plant stands. Hope you like them.
(They're not my artwork. I bought them a few years ago in case I get inspired to go into abstract wood carving. But so far I have not taken this up.)
My two pieces of driftwood are big and have complex twisting shapes. My first thought was to guess that they are from the roots of trees in mangrove swamps quite common around here. But now I notice these roots are not so twisty, as they are in water.

Yes, I understand you have them, right at the tip, what is called the Florida keys. But I don't expect US tourists would go there. Information from here.
That is a great piece - it has essence of horse and essence of driftwood co-existing quite happily. But I liked the other picture even more, on the page you linked (thank you!):
