The Mudpit is a teaching studio that is equipped in all aspects of clay. We have fourteen wheels a slab roller, extruder, tile press, pouring table, spray booth, five electric kilns and a Raku kiln. Plus more tools too numerous to mention. The Mudpit gives classes rents space and sells supplies.

Tribeca Potters is a group of 18 clay artists sharing a large studio at 313 W.37th St., 4th floor . They work in a variety of styles and with a variety of materials. These include wheel thrown stoneware, slipcast earthenware, hand-painted majolica, handbuilt slab work and sculpture. There is a gallery in the front of the studio where much of the work produced can be seen and purchased.
