Storm Coming

Description

If you have ever been along the coast when a thunderstorm moves in, you know it is scary, dramatic and exciting. The wind whips the waves, and the palms dance while clouds are blown across a dark sky. This painting emotes the same feelings as the storm approaches. Accents of sunlight highlight the blowing palm fronds. Waves rush in toward shore. Pink and white clouds form changing patterns against the blue violet sky. I think the sky and ocean are majestic right before a storm. But, in Florida, you have to take cover quickly before lightning strkes. Weather drama in a painting! Original Oil on canvas.
