Tierra y Mar

The bear, a symbol of strength, stands alone on the dry, parched earth. In the sea above are the ancestors who have gone before, wishing for peace on earth, and a faint spiral is seen. Below in the sea is the triskelion--the mother, maiden, crone with the eye of wisdom. The light of the Creator descends in the squares in upper right. The painting asks for peace on earth at this critical time in our history.
