SYMPHONY IN GREEN
What inspired me to paint this scene was first, the movement of the water and the many colors reflected in it. For me, the many shades of green are both soothing and healing. But I am also inspired by the dramatic upward reach of the tall grasses. They speak to me of movement and growth, as well as proclaiming an exuberance for life!
