Chef, Paul Bocuse, of French cuisine, had a Michelin 3-star rating for more than 50 years, and a passion for a job well done. He was a globe trotter, with a generous personality and a touch of humour. Named the chef of the century and held as a living God in Japan. He created the Bocuse D'Or , the equivalent of the Olympic Games in the world of cooking. So many people are foodies today and want to find that very top experience. We made it to one night of an elegant meal in Lyon. Although he is not a living legend today, he is always to be remembered.
