Kenny Rogers

The picture says it all. I went to one of Kenny Rogers' concerts in the 80's and had a wrinkled black and white program I kept as a souvenir, so that was the source for this oil painting. I really did enjoy doing the oil painting and like a number of you, this is the way I like to remember him. His music is indelible in our brains and this is one of my most favorite paintings.
