Desert Beauty

I've lived in the southwestern part of our country many years and grew to appreciate the desert area as well as the canyons and mountains. This oil painting reflects how I see the desert while riding an ATV through some washes in the springtime. Come, take a ride, The desert comes alive with a shower, and it is beautiful. Many of my paintings reflect that beauty and my wonder at how plants and animals manage to survive as they do.
