True Hearts

A bevy of birds circling the sun with joy! Pages cut from a vintage bird "pocket guide" and acrylic paint make up the background to the joyful collaged scene on watercolor paper. Birds individually painted on muslin or paper with graphite shadows and written sentiment - "Begin each day with Joy and a true heart". Finished with embroidery stitching and knots.
