Current Print Production Status
UPDATE – 6/19/20
As we work to follow social distancing practices during COVID 19, customers may experience a production time of around 17 business days on orders . We are working hard to improve this response time to our normal production times of 1-3 business days while maintaining a safe environment for our employees while they fulfill your order with the highest quality service.

As we work to follow social distancing practices during COVID 19, customers may experience a production time of up to 10 business days on orders. We are working hard to improve this response time to our normal production times of 1-3 business days while maintaining a safe environment for our employees while they fulfill your order with the highest quality service.

Orders normally leave our workshop between 1-3 business days but as we work to follow social distancing practices, you may experience an additional production delay of up to 4 business days on your order. This helps us keep our employees safe while they fulfill your order with the highest quality service.
An overview of how we are handling the challenge of Covid-19.
As you know, the COVID-19 virus has reached pandemic status and continues to be a concern for all of us. This concern extends beyond our workplaces and impacts our daily interactions with coworkers, family, friends, and clients, like you. In an effort to be as transparent as possible, we want you to know exactly what we are doing to remain focused on providing the service you have come to rely on.
We are making every effort to ensure our practices and procedures continue to be in the best interest of our employees, vendors and partners.
First and foremost, we are giving our workforce information about COVID-19 and reminding them to follow simple, but effective steps to keep them safe, such as frequent hand-washing and sanitizing. We are disinfecting our facilities and equipment with even greater rigor, and have hired dedicated staff whose sole purpose is to maintain a continuous, sterilized and safe work environment.
We encourage our team members to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention, as needed. We have provided guidance, as outlined by the CDC and WHO. We have shared safe travel recommendations and are continuously monitoring any instances where they have either visited or had close contact with family and friends that could have been to areas deemed possible sites for exposure to the virus. In such instances, we have asked them to take time off, or work remotely for the quarantine time, as stated by the CDC and WHO, for the safety of our production and office staff. Until further notice, we have invoked restrictions to limit non-essential travel, as well as implemented a policy barring unnecessary visitors from our campus. Both of these bans are being monitored and evaluated daily. Further, to maintain as much social distance as possible, we will continue to use phone, conference call, video chat, and email wherever possible.
For those in our manufacturing facilities who are crafting the orders that will be received by your customers, we’ve enacted additional, and strict guidelines to maintain our commitment to a safe and sanitary space. From requiring protective gloves, to reminding them about avoiding facial contact, and leveling up to an even more heightened cleaning process, with the help of our expanded Sanitizing Team, we are confident that we are doing our best to successfully navigate this situation.
As an additional measure, we are reducing our production to a 4 day work week beginning Monday, March 16th, Monday through Thursday. We will use Fridays for deep-cleaning and sanitizing of our facility in addition to what we are doing now to create a safe environment for our staff each week. As always, we will do our best to maintain Service Level Agreements during this time. We continue to adjust our production schedule in relation to client demands and workforce impact
