A Chicken Was I in Former Times
"A chicken was I in former times,
And wandered in the fields free,
And while I listened to thy Law,
A cowherd crushed me, and I died."
This is a Buddhist quote, I just replaced a frog with a chicken because the gentleman in the photo in my artwork is based on reminded me of a Buddhist monk. This is still one of my favorite pieces.
