The idea was sparked by an actual hunting experience where 3 deer broke out from behind me while in my tree stand on a beautiful sunny day. As all good stories go the deer grew larger as well as the antlers. Snow makes a great back-drop for the deer and shadows to play with as well as yellows, purples and blues in the snow. This is one of my favorites.
