He went to the countryside to recuperate and clear his head. Away from his fiancee he was able to focus on his thoughts and dreams for the future. He had no way of knowing that he would fall in love with another, that she would be the biggest most beautiful presence in his life, elephant as she was. He sat down to write to his fiancee and tell her, that indeed, something had come between them.
