I am self-taught artist with no formal training. During my childhood in Chicago, Illinois, I had a passion for drawing and spent many happy hours pursuing this activity. During my teenage years, I began experimenting with paint and color. After graduating high school, I got a job, my own place to live and started living my life, all the while continuing with my artwork. I eventually received some clerical training and became a legal secretary, a career I’ve had for 40 years. After moving to Salt Lake City, Utah in the 1980s, my artwork began to take on an additional breadth and scope. Beginning in middle age, I began to more zealously pour myself into my artwork and produce more prodigiously. Now that I am ready to retire, I feel I have time to both create the art and try to get more of it out into the world. My paintings and drawings appear in homes and offices. My artwork has been exhibited throughout the State of Utah. Thank you for visiting my website. I hope you enjoy my artwork.
