Brooklyn-Based Photographer. Objects taken out of context and in the right light create wonderful abstract images. By using the Macro lens I attempt to capture happenstance still lives that open the door to the imagination. The actual object and its size become in itself meaningless. The combination of a “random” object, color, light and shade, creates a complete new and unexpected harmony. Discarded items in particular but also natural occurring phenomena (such as ice formations) are welcome subjects. Similarly, the decaying of different materials (manmade and natural) may occasionally produce unexpectedly exciting, story-telling images.
