Born in Wisconsin, but 44 years a Texan, I photograph mostly landscapes, but other things as well that I find interesting.
Big Bend National Park is one of my very favorite places to be, and to picture. The phenomenal geological variety, the lonesomeness, the majesty, the vastness, the changeable weather, the flora and fauna, all move me, and hopefully, some of that comes through in my photographs from there.
Another favorite place to wander with a camera is New Mexico, particularly the Gila National Forrest. Geronimo was born near the headwaters of the Gila River in one of the finest, most beautiful areas anywhere.
Photography is still a part-time pursuit for me, but is slowly gaining a larger and larger share of my time and energy. I have posted only a few photos so far, being new to Fine Art America, but will be posting more of my portfolio in the coming days and weeks. I hope you find some of them interesting.
