In this work, the use of oil allowed me to blend realism and surrealism to capture a moment of pure grace and daring. "When Night Meets Day" captures a scene suspended between darkness and light, suggesting harmony between a woman and nature. She is magical and she sees time as infinite. She holds the spot that makes 2 worlds unite. She is the one who transforms the darkness to one's inner peace. The drop of water is the open window that suggests a path towards enlightenment, a chance to step out of the shadows and embrace the vibrant colors of life.
