Variety Kachina Corn dolls

These are all SOLD SEPARATELY and are in order: Owl, Badger, Sun, Eagle, White Bear and Morning Kachina. The Owl comes as a disciplinary figure lecturing village members about what he sees happening and what needs to be done to correct behaviors. The Badger and White Bear serve as medicinal purposes. Healing, asking them to take away any type of sickness or ill feelings mental, physical or emotional you may have. They bless the people and carry medicine pouches supplied for individuals if asked. The Eagle is a guide, messenger of good and can take prayers and concerns to a higher being. The Morning Kachina comes alone early in the morning as the sun is rising and sings his own song as he walks through the village. Carrying a single bell ringing it to keep beat to his song. He brings a new day and Hopi pray each morning when the sun comes up each day. He is a symbol of the morning. The Sun Kachina represents the Sun and to who Hopi speak to in starting their day.
