Dry Falls V, Nantahala National Forest

This is an original artwork by Kim Keelor of Carolina Artworks. It was created through the ancient process of wet felting with wool, silk and cotton, and with needle felted enhancements. It is part of Keelor's Dry Falls, North Carolina series, inspired by her many visits to the waterfall that is close to her studio. It is named Dry Falls because people can walk behind the waterfall and around the other side while staying dry.
