An off-loom weaving using yarn, branches, leather, and beads. The branches are from my yard and the beads have been collected over the years from sources that are mostly no longer available.
NOTE: the dimensions do not include the hanging cord. The use of the cord is optional. One can always hang the piece from a small nail at each side under the top
stick. The width of the actual weaving is 6.5".
This piece features two small metal beads of buffalo. I have been very close to a herd of buffalo running by at midnight. I often associate the moon when I think about buffalo.
