Nehemiah - Chapter 2

Chapter 2: King Artaxerxes ruled over the entire Medo-Persian Empire. Nehemiah knew he could have lost his life for approaching him, but it was the only way he could help his people. He prayed and then presented his request to the King. Because God's hand was upon Nehemiah, the King granted his request to return to the city.
