The Boys In The Band

Oil on canvas 46" x 46" (2010)
Ah, symmetry and fractals everywhere - does that mean there’s grace and order in this world? Or is that just the rhythm of the horsemen of apocalypse high-fiving each other?
To clarify the above question – Is our beautiful symmetrical and orderly natural world proof of a benevolent God, or is this symmetry and order just the rhythm of the Horsemen high-fiving each other for each innocent death, the rhythm of stampeding hooves. Meanwhile, let me draw your attention to Death’s paddle ball toy, Famine’s scale of junk food and lemurs, War’s Star War Lightsaber, and Conquest’s cuppa tea and “arrow through the head” joke crown.
