Final Resting Place

While paddling my kayak on Floodwood Pond, I came across an array of fallen tree limbs and tree stumps in varying points of decay. It resembled a graveyard of trees. This particular tree was intact, fallen, yet its dried and withered canopy reaching for the sky.
