There Will Be Peace

This work is a continuation of a series of paintings and other artworks created in response to both the Covid-19 pandemic and the Black LIves Matter civil disobedience after the death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police. Here it is demonstrators protesting Richmond, VA police's use of excessive force against peaceful protesters. This work is created using Shiva Paintstiks on 100% rag paper. In addition I am offering prints of this work through this website and donating part of the print sales to the BailProject.org, a non-profit providing bail services to those who can't not afford bail or traditional bail bondsmen.
