A Walk to Remember

Wheat fields have a wide and varied range of symbolism. My favorites are that they symbolize not only selfless love but also the cycle of rebirth- the ending of one chapter and the beginning of another, the carrying of stories across generations and borders, and the circular continuance of life. In this picture, a boy and his grandmother take a lasting walk on a path to such fields.
