As a young child, I always enjoyed expressing art in many different ways. Once I started to school, I used every opportunity to make art a part of my education. Though I am mostly a self-taught artist, I have enhanced my skills with formal art classes in drawing, photography, water color, etc. Much of my art is created in my New York City studio during the winter months. Once Spring arrives, my mind moves to preparation for spending July through October on Martha's Vineyard. Most of my art revolves around painting--using acrylic paint on clay that is then fired, drawing in charcoal/colored pencil and photography. I have won awards for my work in drawing and photography. I have collectors who each own three or more works of my acrylic paintings on clay.
