The Bakery Case
Several years ago my sister in law and I sat in the beautiful Bijan Bakery & Cafe in San Jose California waiting for our daughters who were at a concert nearby. The desserts we tried were absolutely delicious but I was also drawn to the display at the counter. I was amazed by the beauty and artistry of each cake and the visual delight of the reflections on the glass case.
