12" x 9" Pastel painting on 400 grit sanded pastel paper, using both soft and hard pastels. This is my interpretation from a you tube video by Karen Margulis. She's one of my pastel painter idols. I imagine the grandparents buying ice cream for their granddaughter at a local coffee shop.
