"Monument III" Gouache on Paper 29"H x20"W 1980
The boardwalk to the beach was used a lot when we were vacationing! This view reminded me of a monument - in a way it was, a monument to the good times there.
"Monument III" received the First Place Award and a Purchase Award in the First Union December Art Show in Salisbury, NC, in 1980.
The original is in the collection of First Union National Bank in Salisbury, NC. Now available as a print.
