Breaking Through
I have been mesmerized watching the sun shine through a thick layer of clouds at day break and this was the initial inspiration for this painting. But it isn't really just about the sun and clouds is it? its more about the potentiality of brighter times ahead, of breaking through the heaviness of modern times and finding our true selves shining underneath. Shin on my friends, shine on. A new day and a new way of being in the world is indeed on the horizon.
