Your Dreams Become Mine

This piece honors the moments - past, present, and future - with my little sister. When she was two, I used to chase her around the living room with a blanket as my cape. When I caught up, I would throw it over her as she went into a fit of giggles! his year I'm going to make her a ghost costume, and I have no doubt it'll have the same happy connotation. Looking at the big picture, I will do what I can to keep the rain out for her - unless we want to dance in it. We have so much to learn from each other, and her simple joys are works of art in my eyes. I will happily hold her hand between her skipping and giggling from beneath her sheet. No matter who inspires who, I'd like to take the next step together.
