Communion

We are not separate. We carry within us the light of the Divine. We do not send love and light; we ARE that. We can send it to others just by remembering and choosing to shine bright from the inside out into the darkness. I am working to remind myself of that every time I treat a client or create a new painting. It is that act of reaching out and seeking that feeling, that remembrance of complete connection that is a deep spiritual communion that we can choose anytime we want.
