Super Blood Wolf Moon Serenade

According to the Old Farmer's Almanac, "Native Americans called the full moon the "wolf" moon because it appeared when wolves howled in hunger outside the villages". The almanac said "ancient peoples commonly tracked the seasons by following the lunar calendar. During a total lunar eclipse, the Earth blocks the light from the sun, giving the moon's surface a red glow, which many refer to as a Blood Moon". These pups are trying to learn their spine tingling howl by imitating their mother. The original oil painting is 40" H x 30" W x 1.5" D on gallery wrap canvas. A copy of this painting is available as a Glicee. Signed and numbered. There is a limited edition of 350. All Glicee's are shipped unstretched and are ready for stretching and gallery wrap or can be framed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
