marsvsvenus.

"Mars versus Venus" succinctly encapsulates the contrast between traditional masculine and feminine attributes. Mars symbolizes strength, action, and assertiveness, while Venus represents beauty, love, and nurturing qualities. The phrase often reflects differences in communication styles, priorities, and approaches between genders, highlighting both diversity and complementarity in human relationships and dynamics.

I actually painted this while listening to one of my favorite songs by Usher, "Mars vs. Venus", and that is how the title came about. The line that says "when the world collides..." is what inspired the overlay over the vibrant red heart. Very smooth sessions with this one.

2016.
