I was inspired to paint this after viewing a movie entitled "Yulli's Gold". The story iis of Yuli, an older man dissastisfied with what his life. had been. But he was sure he was going to find buried treasure in the Australian outback, if only he could get there. But after heroic efforts, he failed. to find the gold. Instead, he found his way to this breathtaking outlook,which he then realized was the real gold of his life. And he returned from his arduous journey filled with gratitude.
