Sky Lilies
One day while kayaking, I came across this reflection, noting how still the water was. The trick to capturing this image? Keeping the water still which meant keeping the kayak still while positioning myself to compose the shot. Then the clouds needed to come into play. This entailed waiting for the clouds to pass at just the right time. The interesting juxtaposition of waterlilies, white clouds and blue sky, particularly knowing the image would be inverted for presentation, was too good to pass up.
