The view from the Navarro Vineyards Winery in California's Anderson Valley was spectacular when I visited in the late summer of 2019. Several years ago, I saw and saved the photo that inspired this painting in one of the winery's newsletters. It is the same scene but in the late fall. I love the combination of golden vineyard foliage, green trees and fog creeping down into the valley.
