Have you ever had a moment that took your breath away? It stays with you in memory, steeling you in times of trouble, a beacon in times of need.
In daily life and meditation, there are moments of bliss, clarity, peak flow or love that are all-compassing, for a time. In dark times, its hard to remember that this is accessible, anywhere, anytime. if I practice enough, I can remember.
