Piercing Densities
This painting allowed me to ponder issues with my body weight and how the body density I was carrying was also reflected in other areas of my life. Over the course of 3 painting sessions, I understood that the density was about resisting love and allowing fear to color my life.
Holding on to the story of how I wished that my past unfolded, kept me from seeing its value as a source of growth. Piercing and eventually dissolving the density through painting it and meditating with the art, allowed more love and more abundance to appear in my life.
I invite you to ponder your densities, become aware of what you are resisting and start enjoying the freedom of allowing by inviting a healthy body, mind and spirit to shine through. The art will help you dissolve many other places where you are spiritually stuck!
